REFUND POLICY:

EFO is happy to exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense. All other returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery and must include original receipt as proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags.

EFO accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or death to any person or animal due to the failure or misuse of any of our products.

DELIVERY:

All stock will be dispatched Express post to allow tracking within Australia.
Most orders will be delivered within 2-14 working days after order has been placed.
EFO will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been posted.
For international orders, postage will be calculated and charged accordingly.
We may at times be out of stock of a certain item. In this instance you will be notified immediately.
